METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Ivy Designs accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. For Australian orders we also accept direct deposit. Please contact us for account details. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days).
WHOLESALE AND CUSTOM ORDERS:
Ivy Designs is currently taking limited wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information. We will consider custom orders at this time for individual purchase. So, if you have a request, please get in touch.
SHIPPING:
We use Australia Post for all of our orders. Most of our items are made to order and will take approx 7-14 days to ship, depending on your location. We will give you an estimated shipping time on payment. Australian orders are sent via express post. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basic charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.
Any customs duties imposed on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are made strictly in order of receipt.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Most of our items are custom made, and therefore we cannot refund or exchange if you change your mind. Please be sure to check sizing measurements before making a purchase. Should your purchase become damaged during the first three months (from the date of purchase), you may return the item for repair. Please contact us beforehand. Damage should relate to the construction of the item only (such as stitching and buttons) and not stains and tears. We strive to make your purchase a happy one, so if you have any queries at all, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
